Support
|
SelectNet offers a variety of ways to contact someone eager to assist you.
- Live remote - combining the phone and connecting to your computer, it is like we are right there. The fastest and lowest cost way for support!
- On-site assistance
- Phone - give us a call
- Email - send us an email at info@selectnet.ca
- Skype chat and phone
Support ranges from a few minutes long to the more complex and lengthy. Many times we do not charge for a short support call, even lengthier ones if a customer is getting ongoing work done.
SelectNet offers per call, time based support and a few different support contracts for the varying needs of companies. The various support contracts range in "support calls" per month included, length of each call included and committed response time. Support contracts are a good way for certain companies to budget for support and for us to commit to the resources necessary to ensure those needs.
